good news @ tonic.com

.
The story was sad when CNN reported that the last Titanic survivor, a 97-year-old woman, was selling her Titanic mementos to pay her nursing home bills. It was even more sad when CNN later reported this woman's auction didn't raise enough. That's all we heard of that. Sad day.

But wait! There's more. Why didn't CNN cover the story that Titanic stars Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio as well as direction James Cameron each donated $10,000 to a fund to help pay this woman's nursing home bills?

Tonic.com covered it. In fact, tonic.com is a media company focused on the good that happens each day in neighborhoods all around the world. That's right. No complaining about all the bad news anymore. Tonic.com is good news only. (Even you follow them on Twitter this month or become their Facebook friend, they'll plant a tree for you! Two if you do both!)

That's "positively good." Kind of makes you feel like this:
